Gawd, I almost wanted to be darn sarcastic to some silly
colleague who called me up just now and asked if I'd given feeds to
a patient when it was all charted!! 
Had the cheek to insist that I haven't charted it too! Darnit! And
when she finally flipped the page and saw, she said, "Oh, it's the
wrong chart!" instead of admitting her fault! I had to control
myself from screaming out, "What the blardy hell is wrong with
you?! WHAT wrong chart? It's the chart the hospital has been using
for centuries even before you were born!" 
The graduate nurses here can be so darn arrogant.
